Little Family Itsy Bitsy Yoga®
For children 21 months to 4 years, with caregiver/s. Younger siblings welcome!

Little Family Itsy Bitsy Yoga® combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity.  Each class is personalized around tykes' curiosities as they learn yoga though social interaction, repetition, and play.  Tykes also learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions.  Help your tyke build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun!  No yoga experience is required.  In Little Family IBY class, younger siblings are welcome to come to class too! Finally, a program suitable for more than one child in a family. 

ChildLight Yoga is thrilled to offer Itsy Bitsy Yoga®, developed by Helen Garabedian.

What to Bring/Wear:  Please dress for movement.  Yoga mats are not used for this class.

*Please note the Saturday class in Newburyport is NOT an Itsy Bitsy Yoga class.  Instead, these classes focus on ages 2 - 4+ years w/caregiver using the ChildLight Yoga class format, songs and activities. 

Add a sibling for only 1/2!  (Siblings older than 10 months are considered 2nd child/participant)
