What to Bring/Wear:  It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat to prevent the spread of germs, as well as a water bottle with a spouted lid.  Dress for comfortable movement.
 
Class Schedules: When selecting your classes, please note the abbreviations for the yoga studios.

Come learn about the hottest way to keep your cool amidst the stress and chaos of teen life. Learn how to relax and calm your body and mind anytime. Experience very gentle yoga postures and explore breathwork and relaxation techniques while learning to befriend your body. Share your new-found knowledge with your girlfriends - or just bring them to class with you! No yoga experience or flexibility required.  

Join the health craze that's thousands of years old:
Is yoga just for health nuts? No! (See celebrity list below or do a search online- you'll be amazed.) Does yoga have to be done in peaceful studio? No! (It can be done anywhere, anytime - come learn how.) Is yoga something that can help me to relax and feel good about myself? You bet! (And that's just the beginning...)
