Yoga Planet is a great way to get kids (and adults) moving, laughing and most importantly thinking about the world around them. Yogiños: Yoga for Youth™ is an OHMazing™ trilingual, interdisciplinary yoga for kids program teaching strength, flexibility, balance, respect and awareness of self, others and the environment both on and off the yoga mat. This yoga for kids program is facilitated in English, Spanish, and Sanskrit weaving original art, music, games, stories, collaboration and sensory integrated activities to align bodies, hearts and minds. Yogiños: Yoga for Youth™ sprouted in 2008 in Corpus Christi, Texas, and currently is taking root in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, with expansion plans underway for Houston, the Baltimore-Washington area, Utah, Colorado, California and beyond!
