Lisa Flynn and the ChildLight Yoga team, have been successfully sharing the gifts of yoga with children for over 7 years at dozens of schools and studios. They have traveled and trained nearly 800 others around the world, and recently launched the Yoga4Classrooms™ program. And this nationally recognized program is based right here on the Seacoast!
