Our mobile yoga enrichment classes are designed to stimulate the imagination, stretch the body, and focus the
mind. Creative class formats provide a memorable way to introduce yoga in a nurturing environment. Music, props and games add to the fun!
A relaxing quiet time rounds out each class and typically involves soft music and visual imagery exercises. Children love these peaceful moments as they learn to focus inward.
Our mobile yoga enrichment programs are available to preschools, childcare centers, mom/baby groups,
elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, homeschooling groups, after school programs and more.
These yoga enrichment programs offer convenience and affordability for preschools/centers/schools, children and parents. Parent or center/school funded options, and short and long term contracts are available. You choose what works best for you and your school community.
