Lisa Flynn, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, RCYT is Founder/Director of ChildLight Yoga and Yoga 4 Classrooms.
Her mission is to introduce yoga and mindfulness
to the youngest generation, providing children with a solid foundation upon
which to cultivate life long health and wellness - body, mind and spirit. Her
programs have served thousands of children in schools and communities across
the Northeast. Lisa has trained over
1,500 adults from around the world through her child and school yoga-related trainings
and workshops. She is a recognized
leader and collaborator in the school yoga movement and greater kids yoga
community. She serves as an active
member and sponsor of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and the
International Association of School Yoga and Mindfulness (K-12Yoga).

Sharon Trull, MS, CTRS, E-RYT, RCYT, is a Certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor and Yoga 4 Classrooms Instructor. She is also certified in the Color Me Yoga for Children Program, Pilates,Resist-a-Ball and Aquatics exercise and has also completed Level I Circus Yoga Training. In addition, Sharon holds a 200 hr.yoga teacher certification through the Yoga of Energy Flow program developed by Carrie Tyler and Daniel Orlansky. Sharon has over 23 years experience working with children and adults with various abilities. She has been part of the CLY Instructor Team since 2006 serving n many roles including, Summer Camp Director, mobile enrichment class teacher, and partner in the Yoga 4 Classrooms movement, assisting with the Card Deck development and teaching the residency classes in seacoast schools. Most recently, Sharon had been sharing the ChildLIght Yoga Teacher Trianing as a ChildLight Yoga Teacher Trainer. Sharon resides in South Berwick, ME with her husband and two children. |

| Susan Neilson experienced the joy of teaching preschool for seven years and raising 2 children, before returning to a career as a paralegal. It was during her personal yoga journey she realized she could share her enjoyment of yoga playful postures, breath and relaxation with children, while also encouraging children and their parents to take time to play together. Susan received her first children yoga instructor certification in 2007 through the Radiant Child Yoga program created by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. In 2008, she became a certifified ChildLight Yoga Instructor. Susan resides in Portsmouth with her husband and yoga partner. Our 4 grown children continue to provide inspiration for us to take time to play and laugh together. |

Lauren Winterholer, RYT, started teaching yoga to teen girls while in Swaziland (Africa) during her time with the US Peace Corps. In 2007, she earned her 200-hr certification in Rahini Yoga, and then in 2008 a second 200-hr certification in The Yoga of Energy Flow. As a certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor, Lauren hopes to unite her strong background in working with adolescents with the joy she finds in practicing not just yogic postures and breath, but also the beauty of practicing kindness and calm-heart. She believes that playful compassion inspires the best in every person-- oldish or youngish. When not working towards enlightenment, Lauren can be found writing, painting, or playing in the great outdoors with her husband, son, and dogs in Madbury, NH. |

Heather Parker Jones, RYT, first was introduced to ChildLight Yoga in 2006 when her eldest son was just a few months old. As they continued their yoga journey together, Heather noticed positive changes in her toddler. Heather was inspired to become ChildLight Yoga certified in 2010 and has also completed the 200 hr. yoga certification at The Yogalife Institute in New Hampshire as well as the Still Point Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Heather is delighted to bring the new addition of Yoga for Fertility to the area. She recently completed the Yoga for Fertility teacher training from Famiily Passages to Wellness. Heather is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with a mobile practice. She is thrilled to be part of the ChildLight Yoga team in its mission to introduce yoga and mindfulness to chidlren as a foundation for lifelong health and wellness. Heather resides in Dover, NH with her husband and two busy young sons..

Darcy Sauers , RYT, has been practicing yoga for ten years and completed her 200hr Rasamaya (R) teacher training with Carrie Tyler. Darcy is also a certified Still Point Prenatal yoga teacher and a Postpartum Doula trained by DONA International. Darcy enjoys creating a community of pregnant women in her classes where women can connect, chat and have fun. She believes that the breath and movement of Yoga is the best way to ease the discomforts of the pregnant body and help a woman during labor and beyond. Darcy is also a certified Yoga Birth Method instructor and offers bi-monthly workshops at the studio. Darcy is founder of Dover Doula and is thrilled to offer prenatal yoga classes at ChildLight Yoga Studio in Dover, NH, where she lives with her husband and three children. |

Damla Bozkurt Aktekin is a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and a Certiied Pfilates Instructor who believes in healing through movement and meditation. She offers creative yoga flows, private movement classes, and yoga and meditation workshops in Durham, NH and Istanbul, Turkey. A new mom to a snuggly, ticklish little daughter, Damla finds her teaching inspiration these days in baby giggles as well as on her yoga mat. Marina Ebert, MA, serves as a ChildLight Yoga Instructor, Summer Camp Counselor and Director of Research and Relationship Development for ChildLight Yoga's school-focused affiliate, Yoga 4 Classrooms. In addition to her positions at ChildLight Yoga, marina is a research assistant at the Khalsa Yoga Research lab at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she is working on studies of the benefits of yoga in schools and as an intervention for post tramatic stress disorder. Marina contributed to the interdisciplinary psychological research in the domains of creativity, resilience, coping strategies, depression and well-being at Tufts University, Northeastern University and University of New Hampshire. Her fascination with research on the amazing plasticity of the brain especially in children and families to encourage natural curiosity, engagement, and imagination, as well as foster mindfulness and compassion. Marina is originally from Belarus, where she earned MA in Information and Communication and also graduated from a music and art school. Marina resides in Dover, NH with her husband and young son who enjoy doing yoga with her and became an inspiration to pursue this path.

Sally Delisle, E-RYT, serves as a ChildLight Yoga Teacher Trainer. In 1993, after spending 22 years in a dance studio, Sally took her first yoga class. It was instant love! What a gift to discover that the joy of movement and expression was available in a non-judgmental atmosphere! She has been hooked ever since. "My hope as a yoga teacher is to share the message that where you are today is exactly where you are meant to be, and that place is beautiful." Sally has completed the 200-hour teacher training program at The Yoga Loft, as well as the ChildLight Teacher Training for teaching yoga to children and teens. She is also a Licensed Yoga 4 Classrooms Instructor through ChildLight Yoga. Most recently, Sally has been sharing the ChildLight Yoga Teacher Training as a ChildLight Yoga Teacher Trainer. Sally has a degree in Fine Arts and Dance, and a BA in Psychology. She moved from Maine to Pennsylvania in 2007 with her husband and two sons.

| Janine Bibeau,BA, MED Elementary Education from UNH, Certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor, RYT-200H, RCYT, RCY-ADHD, and Yoga 4 Classrooms Instructor. Janine has been using yoga in her kindergarten and first grade classrooms since 2003 and has found that it helps to re-center and calm children, create a loving environment, and give them an outlet for needed movement breaks. While attending the ChildLight Yoga Teacher Training, she was positive this was something she wanted to share and teach. Janine feels blessed to be part of the ChildLight Yoga Team. Janine also designs and creates accessories and clothing inspired by the beauty of nature which can be purchased at the ChildLight Yoga boutique. She loves animals, the forest, hiking, and the beach. Janine lives in Dover with her husband and their four cats.

Pilar Prime, RYT-200, CHHC is a certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor and holds her 200-hour training certification from the YogaLife Institute of New Hampshire. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, affiliated with Columbia University, where she was certified in 2007 as a Holistic Health Counselor. Pilar began practicing yoga 10 years ago while living in Berkeley, CA, and found it gave her peace and balance on and of the mat. As a teacher, Pilar is committed to sharing this sense of balance, helping her students to achieve their optimum state of wellness and to become their best selves. She believes strongly that children can and should gain these same tools from a young age, and is honored to be counted among the ChildLight Yoga instructors giving the gift of Yoga to children. Annie Wagoner, BA, RYT, HHC is a Mom, Holistic Health Counselor, Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Office manager/Chiropractic Assistant, Writer, Lover of Movement and a Foodie. she started practicing yoga and Pilates in 2001 to help aid in her training as a field hockey player and rower in college. Yoga brought balance and healing to her body, and Pilates helped her tap into deep core power and discover greater strength. Annie's classes explore this powerful fusion of yoga and Pilates, offering dynamic flowing sequences that move from the core and connect with vitality, mindfulness, flexibility, balance, strength and playfulness. She strongly believes in preventative medicine and feels that consistent stretching, strengthening and self-care can heal and restore the body, mind and spirit. Annie has her 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher certification through the Yoga of Energy Flow teacher training at Dover Yoga and she holds a certification in Pilates through the Boston Bodyworks/Power Pilates Studio. She is also a certified Still Point Prenatal Yoga Teacher as well as a certified Yoga Mom, Buddha Baby Teacher. | Stacey Hamblett, proudly joined the ChildLight Yoga Team as Studio and Operations Manager in the Spring of 2012. Stacey has always had a love for movement and rhythm, and a passion for health and wellness. Her adventurous spirit has led her in many directions and drove her to become certified in Kripalu Yoga, JourneyDance and Reiki. A UNH alum and world explorer, Stacey has finally found her home in yoga, holistic wellness and the beautiful seacoast community of NH.
Gina Fernandes has a background in early childhood education. She is driven by her passion for child development. She originally took the ChildLight Yoga Teacher Training to bring yoga to the diverse group of preschoolers in her classroom and was in awe at how the children responded to it. Yoga really met the individual needs of her students! After taking a break from teaching to have her son, Gina is delighted to be returning to her passion - working with children and families -here at the ChildLight Yoga studio. Gina lives with her family in York, Maine. she has an 8 year old daughter and an infant son.
