Prenatal Yoga

As your body changes in preparation for birth, prenatal yoga helps you to focus on your body and new baby in a deeper way. Classes will focus on easing the discomforts, aches, and fatigue caused by pregnancy. Peace Baby Yoga
(for pre-crawlers and their moms or caregivers)
Peace Baby Yoga is divided among time spent in gentle postnatal asana (yoga postures) for Mom and beneficial yoga and infant massage for baby. Through gentle guided movement, massage and song, parents will bond with their infant while encouraging emotional and physical development. READ MORE >



Tot Itsy Bitsy Yoga®
(for crawlers to 24 mos. with caregiver)
Itsy Bitsy Yoga® for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As tot’s mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Little Family Yoga
(Ages 2-4 with caregiver, siblings welcome.)
Little Family Yoga combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around preschoolers' curiosities as they learn yoga though social interaction, repetition, and play. READ MORE >

My OmAbilities Yoga for Kids with Autism & other Special Needs (K-5 or 5-8)

My OmAbilities Yoga for Kids is an accessible program designed to meet each child exactly where he or she is.  Students living with Autism, ASD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy as well as many other diagnoses are welcome in the class.  READ MORE >




Kids Yoga Discovery (Pre-K thru G2)
Kids’ Yoga Discovery is just that – a discovery of yoga, self and the world.  ChildLight Yoga classes engage children through movement exploration, music, theme-related games and inspired Yoga-play to capture their attention and their imaginations as they refine their motor skills and understanding. READ MORE >


Girl Time Yoga (G3-6)

Girl Time Yoga provides an opportunity for pre-teen girls to discuss what matters most to them. Through the practice of yoga poses, relaxation and meditation, girls develop physical strength and stamina, greater emotional stability and a strong sense of self. READ MORE >


Yoga for Young Athletes (Ages 13-18)
