Parents' Night Out

 Enjoy a night out while we have fun with the kids! (Ages 4-10)

Calling all Moms, Dads and Caregivers! Looking for a fun, safe environment for your children while you enjoy an evening out or just some time to yourselves? Let ChildLight Yoga provide your children with a fun-filled evening of yoga, storytelling, music, games and art projects! The evening will focus on unique themes designed to inspire your child's imagination. We’ll end the evening with relaxation activities so your young yogi will be ready for sweet dreams upon pick up!

NOTE: Children are welcome to come dressed in their PJs (night-dresses not recommended).


Enjoy your night out while we:

~Create handmade surprises for someone special
~ Make valentines for the birds

~ Make our own Valentine smoothies
~ Storytime - Have You Filled A Bucket Today?
~ Storytime - Happy Valentine’s Day, Mouse!


1 warm & qualified instructor
1 healthy snack
bundle of yoga poses
dash of storytelling
handful of games
sprinkle of music
splash of creative art
touch of relaxation

Directions:  Combine all these ingredients in the warm and welcoming ChildLight Yoga Studio.  Mix around for a few hours.  Enjoy!

Result:  Parents enjoy an evening out knowing that their children are enjoying a fun, educational and creative evening in a safe, caring environment.
